Signature Werks LLC. hereby reserves all rights to amend and discharge of their duties and liabilities at any point of the purchase. Detailed terms are laid out as follows:
Warranty:
Purchase and Opening: By purchasing and opening the product sold by Signature Werks LLC., the purchaser explicitly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to assume full responsibility after the sale.
Release of Liability: Signature Werks LLC., along with its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and agents, shall be released from any liability for servicing costs, repairs, or any resulting consequences arising from the use of the product, once the purchase is made.
Assumption of Risks: The purchaser agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the product, including but not limited to concerns about its quality, build, performance, and maintenance. This also includes any other risks associated with the product's use or usage alongside it.
Limitation of Liability: Signature Werks LLC. shall not be responsible for any damages, consequential or otherwise, or any losses suffered, potentially or actually, due to equipment failure or mal-performance after installation.
Racing or Road Use: The term 'the off-road use only' refers to the intended use of the product for off-road and racing purposes.
User Safety: Signature Werks LLC. does not warrant or represent the product's ability to protect the user from injury or death. The user assumes all risks, whether material to the injury or not.
Personal Judgment: The purchaser expressly agrees, through the act of purchase, to exercise and rely upon their own skill and judgment in selecting the product and determining its suitability for their intended use.
Brake Calipers: We provide a one-year warranty that covers defects in the calipers, including material issues and workmanship. However, please be aware that the warranty does not cover paint-related concerns, heavy track use, or installation mistakes. If a defect occurs, we offer caliper replacement along with the option to choose colors and logos. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship back the defective caliper.
Brake Rotors: We offer a one-year warranty for Signature Werks LLC. rotors, which covers defects like cracking or any damage that affects spirited driving within one year from the purchase date. However, it's important to note that the warranty does not cover heavy track use or installation mistakes. If any of these issues occur, we provide a one-time free rotor replacement, subject to the condition that the rotors meet the minimum thickness requirement. Please be informed that Paragon Performance Products rotors has not provided any warranties, whether expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers or users of these products.
Brake Adapter Bracket: Our one-year warranty covers any defects in the brake adapter bracket, encompassing both materials and workmanship. However, once the product has been mounted on a vehicle or used in any way, the responsibility for the product shifts to the owner. If a defect arises, the customer must return the old brake adapter bracket for resolution.
Brake Pads: The Signature Werks brake pads come with a 30-day warranty that covers material and workmanship defects from the time of purchase. However, please note that we are not responsible for any noise issues or wear and tear experienced during usage. This warranty is limited solely to the exchange of the product in case of any qualifying defects. Once the product has been mounted on a vehicle or used in any way, the responsibility for the product lies with the owner.
Brake Lines: We offer a 30-day warranty against any materials and workmanship defects in our brake lines from the date of purchase. Please be aware that we are not liable for any wear and tear experienced during regular usage. This warranty is strictly limited to the exchange of the product in case of qualifying defects within the specified warranty period. Once the product has been mounted on a vehicle or used in any way, the responsibility for the product lies with the owner.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the purchaser and Signature Werks LLC. By proceeding with the purchase, the purchaser agrees to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
To avail of the warranty, customers are required to provide the following documents: the order number, a copy of the original Invoice, and a copy of the brake report from a Certified Licensed shop. This information will help us expedite the warranty claim process and ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.
Installation and maintenance:
Signature Werks LLC. is to be waived of any liabilities, by virtue of this section, arising from the purchase, installation, use and maintenance of the product. By purchasing this product, the purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities and risks of the installation, use and maintenance of the product, and any product(s) used alongside this product as sold by Signature Werks LLC.. The purchaser agrees and understands that the product must be installed and maintained by qualified and highly competent professionals, and that such persons must be trained and skilled to operate the said product. The products shall be submitted to periodical maintenance at the purchaser’s own expense. Detailed instructions for both installation and maintenance of such products are set forth within the products wrapping (hereinafter the “instructions”). By virtue of this section, Signature Werks LLC. shall not have any liability whatsoever in connection with Client’s failure to comply with the instructions and/or in connection with their inappropriate and/or incorrect installation on vehicles and/or with the lack of and/or incorrect maintenance of such products, nor shall any other provisions or law on ‘product liability’ apply in such cases.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
By purchasing parts, purchasers expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that they take, select & purchase any part from Signature Werks and its affiliates, distributors, and agents "As is" and "With all faults." The entire risk as to the quality and performance of any parts is with the purchasers. Should the parts prove defective following the purchase, purchase assume the entire cost for all necessary servicing, repair, and replacement of any resulting liability, Signature Werks LLC. makes no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, oral or written, to purchasers or any user of these parts. Signature Werks LLC. express disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, including fitness of any parts of racing.
Contracting out
By virtue of this section, Signature Werks LLC. expressly contracts out of any liabilities or duties imposed by regulations on product liability, and that the purchaser is to assume all risks, material to the use of the product or not, actually and potentially, at the purchaser’s own expense.
General
The terms laid out in this document are binding by virtue of the purchase, applies to the original purchaser and all other persons, even when the interest exists only equitably, and the purchaser has been alerted to the fact that these terms and conditions may be changed by Signature Werks LLC. at any point without notice.
Vehicle compatibility
Vehicle compatibility information is provided for reference only. Be aware that your vehicle may have multiple front and rear rotors/pads options/variations. Such variations can apply due to design upgrades on later chassis numbers, or the manufacturers using different OEM suppliers during the production process.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Conducted through it are provided by us on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, data accuracy, and system integration. This site may include inaccuracies, mistakes, or typographical errors. We do not warrant that the content will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the foundation for the action) shall not exceed in the aggregate the number of fees actually paid by you to us during the month immediately preceding the act allegedly giving rise to our liability.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Remedies
You agree that our remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that we shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that we may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.
No right or remedy of ours shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees, and expenses.
No instance of waiver by us of our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waivers.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to the products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California. You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenient with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of California. Arbitration under these Terms of Use shall be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules then prevailing at the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class action proceedings or otherwise. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to, or connected with the use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever banned.
International Access
This Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. This Site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States. If you access and use this Site outside the United States you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
